We employ 78 full-time women and men, who all live in the vicinity of the factory. The men are responsible for transportation as well as for the ironing and packaging of the products. The women are excellent seamstresses and also talented artisans. Our employees are well-paid (monthly salary) and are insured against sickness and accident. Additionally they receive two different uniforms which enables them to save additional costs for personal clothing, besides enhancing the overall appearance.
